Honoring the Sacrifices

Today was a very special day in our small community. The Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall came to town and passed right in front of the store. Vikki planned a special tribute for our sign complete with ribbons and balloons.

The streets where lined with many citizens who watched, hearts filled with gratitude, as over 2,000 motorcycles from Rolling Thunder, Ohio Chapter Two escorted the wall through town.

The Vietnam Traveling Memorial Wall, which lists the names of 58,000 fallen heroes, will be the solemn centerpiece of Dennison Depot's third annual American Soldiers Homecoming event.
